Optimisation of fleet management and logistics for rbb Berlin-Brandenburg

The con­sul­tants from WAGENER & HERBST car­ri­ed out an or­ga­ni­sa­tio­nal ana­ly­sis for the broad­cas­ting com­pa­ny rbb Berlin-Brandenburg in Berlin and Potsdam to op­ti­mi­se the rbb fleet ma­nage­ment and lo­gistics (post of­fice, freight / ex­pe­di­ti­on, wareh­ouse). After an ana­ly­sis of the cur­rent si­tua­ti­on, rbb exe­cu­ti­ves tog­e­ther wi­th W&H eva­lua­ted op­ti­mi­sa­ti­on op­ti­ons and pro­po­sed a con­cept for fu­ture de­sign. The pro­ject was rea­li­sed by W&H in the pe­ri­od from January to November 2019.
