WAGENER & HERBST is the ma­nage­ment and lo­gi­stics con­sul­ting di­vi­si­on of IPG Infrastruktur- und Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH. 

Our main fo­cus is on stra­tegy de­ve­lo­p­ment, mar­ket ana­ly­sis, in­vest­ment and fi­nan­cing de­cis­i­ons, or­ga­niza­tio­nal op­ti­miza­ti­on and per­son­nel de­ve­lo­p­ment.

Our in­dus­try know­ledge and com­pe­tence has be­en available to cus­to­mers for 30 ye­ars. We have car­ri­ed out suc­cessful­ly over 600 pro­jects in Germany and 40 other count­ries for mi­nis­tries, lo­cal aut­ho­ri­ties, in­ter­na­tio­nal or­ga­niza­ti­ons, cham­bers of com­mer­ce, lo­gi­stics ser­vice pro­vi­ders, ports, rail­way com­pa­nies, mul­ti­mo­dal ope­ra­tors, re­al es­tate lo­ca­ti­on de­ve­lo­pers, ship­pers and in­dus­try pro­mo­ti­on agencies.
